These slippers are awesome! I do not write reviews on most things I buy but, honestly, if you are on the fence - buy the slippers! I am a 40 year old Preschool teacher working in New England where it gets cold! My boss requires that the children and teachers both have indoor shoes and outdoor shoes. I use these slippers in the tan/white color for work. I have wide but short feet. I decided to go with a size 8 because one can use the velcro to tighten the slippers. ( and do tighten them! 1. It makes your feet warmer and 2. They are on a bit of a platform so, if you don't tighten them your foot can slide sideways causing you to trip!) Just keep that in mind and if you are between sizes I suggest sizing up. Length wise these slippers are small but they are made for wide feet! I am a Diabetic and sometimes wearing slippers without a well, for lack of a better word "harder part" of the shoe on the ground my feet get cold because through plush they still aren't insulated on the bottom! These slippers manage to have that harder bottom but it feels super soft! I don't even know how explain it - but the platform keeps the cold floor from making your slipper covered feet warm! ( sometimes too warm!) I was so delighted with the price I paid and the warm and cozy feeling my feet get in these that I came back and purchased the blue ones for home! I may even buy another just to have an extra set! I love these enough to consider having 3 sets of these! ( Plus they are actually cute! Lots of slippers for diabetics or wide feet look like old lady slippers! These dont!
