Book was in surprisingly good condition for being a children's book printed in back in 1978.Rereading this book restored a missing part of my childhood. When I was little, I got strep throat every year, and I hated (!) taking the liquid penicillin.So my father and I had a pact: when I got sick he would read me this story, but every time he turned a page, I had to take a sip of my medicine. Now that I found this book again, I am giving it to him as a Father's Day present :-)
