I bought this book after attending a teaser seminar from the author at our local real estate investing club. He really pushed you to sign up for his boot camp for several hundred dollars. I learned more in that hour meeting than I did in his book. This book claims to be full of secrets to flipping houses, yet it contains the same information as any others on the subject, but in far less detail. Flipping Houses for Dummies has much more detailed information that would be of use. Flipping Houses is hastily written and rife with spelling, grammatical, and typesetting errors. It is not worth the money.
