The poly lumber is sourced from a combination of recycled plastic bottles, milk jugs, and other similar materials that won't rot, fade or attract insects like wood material. Removable Base for Easy Cleanouts The bottom of the house is quickly removed with a Phillips head screwdriver. After the birds move out, simply remove the bottom to discard last season's nest material. Then hose it down, and wipe it clean.
