The character of Detective Inspector Jane Roscoe is something of a 'Marmite' character to begin with, but her introduction in the series is pivotal to fill the void left by Danny Furness, and slowly she inherits sympathy from the reader as her personality is explored.As with the previous titles, Backlash delivers a gripping story with some great new characters to pull the story along.
