There are some not well written songs here, but most are excellent, with Rosemary Clooney in fine voice. Great to have the soundtracks from all of her films, including Deep in My Heart. This collection is just as good as the other two Bear Family Clooney recordings. Easy to see how Clooney evolved as the early years of her career went by. Her earliest recordings from Disney's Song of the South were loaded with gimmicks of every sort. But by 1954 the gimmicks associated with Tony Pastor and his orchestra have gone away.
