I didn't appreciate season nine of Little House On The Prairie (Little House -- A New Beginning) as much when it first aired, but as a seasoned adult, I think it was one of the best seasons. Stories involving the new family living in the little house, Laura and the boarding house, Mr. Edwards and "the Wild Boy of the North" Matthew, and Willie's new bride, are all here to show us that life goes on in Walnut Grove. I think if old fans give this season a chance and don't whine about Ma & Pa not being there, they may actually enjoy some of these stories. I have to say my least favorite episode was the one when Laura turned on Dr. Baker. Didn't like that. So out of character for her even under the circumstances.
