this faucet is really nice and looks nice my connection and was very easy to install the only thing or complaint I have is that for some reason it reduced my water pressure coming out of the faucet , I think this is due to the thin copper lines or supply lines that the manufacturer used leading into the faucet and a reduced the water pressure from the one that I had originally but overall it's deftly well worth the money because it does look really nice and is not made cheap I just wish they use a bigger copper supply line going into the faucet if they did this it would be awesome but once again if you're on a budget you're looking for something that has quality and will look nice deftly this does jobThis faucet wasn’t my first choice. However, the one I wanted was way too expensive. I’m so glad I decided to give this one a shot. It was easy to install, works great, and looks better than I would have ever thought. It is the perfect addition to my kitchen!The faucet looks good and works well. We did not need the soap dispenser, since that sink had only 3 holes to mount the faucet, handle and sprayer.FUNCTIONS WELLLInstallation was easy with 3 of the connections being quick connect. I was initially disappointed at receiving a 'crimped' supply line under a sticker like others noted, but if you look closely the sticker covering the crimp explains that the crimp is by design. I figured I already have it, if I have to go through the trouble of a return I might as well at least verify. After hooking up the lines and flushing the debris that can accumulate around an old shutoff valve out, it operated perfectly with plenty of flow. Don't over tighten the hoses, twisting the inlet tubes (use a second wrench to backup the fitting), and use a socket to run down the valve assembly retaining nut and it should be a pretty quick job. With these newer faucets and hoses I had to break the old habit of cranking things down, I went hand tight plus 1 full turn with no leaking.Overall I am happy with this product and have nothing negative to report. The swing of the lever from hot to cold is about 90 degrees, you can adjust the water temp fairly smoothly. I took a chance after noticing my local Home Depot carries this brand.Update: After 2 months it developed a leak under the handle. Usually just a surge but lately it's been a steady stream requiring you to mess with the handle a little to get it to stop.The plumber has a very difficult time attaching the hose clip to the mechanism. He was very frustrated trying to get that clip in place. In fact, he came close to giving up. But, he finally managed to get the clip to seat in place. This faucet is a low-flow faucet. Something I didn't realize when I bought it. The wife is happy with it because it looks great.The product is good quality and took about 45 minutes to install only because I have an additional Walter filtration system under my sink which makes it a little cramped. Would definitely recommend this productThe faucet looks good but the water flow and sprayer is horrible. This is an okay faucet if you do not need good water pressure.
