Great for cooking chicken marsala. Good value. Easy to use.5 stars….cheaper than walmart, saved gas on a trip to town.Just what I was looking for. I could not find it in a supermarketWe bought this because a recipe my wife found called for it. The recipe is for "Orange chili glazed ham with marsala". We haven't made the recipe just yet (special occasion meal plan) but we have so far used this cooking wine for other recipes and we are bother very happy with the flavor this gives off! I’ve been wanting to make chicken marsala for quite some time, but haven’t felt like I’ve found the right marsla wine. Until I stumbled on this one! It gave my dish great flavor and the true aroma expected from the dish. Also, it was decently priced and I’m sure I’ll get much uses out of this. This was a great buy and addition to my sauce cabinet!
